Are you ready to take control of your career? We are looking for an ambitious leader to handle the development and growth of LENDACY, a profitable lending and financial services business in the Sarasota area. This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and executing the sales process to ensure business growth.

Job Requirements:

As a Head of Business Development with Lendacy, you should be well-organized and committed to creating productive, long-lasting relationships with clients from a wide variety of industries and backgrounds. We’re looking for qualified applicants who are flexible, adaptable and possess a desire to work hard and build your own business.

Outside Sales:

  • Prospect and generate new business through leads, telephone calls, networking events, trade shows, and personal contacts. 
  • Develop, maintain, and cultivate community contacts to maximize new business opportunities.
  • Participate in events designed to promote brand awareness and educate consumers.
  • Prepare quotes, process applications and deliver effective presentations in order to close sales.
  • Cross sell other available financial products


  • Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns

Skill Development:

  • Continually improve knowledge in any related field such as; lending, finance, compliance, sales, marketing, etc.

This is a full time position. Base draw, commission and performance bonuses available.
