This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and executing the sales process to ensure business growth.
As a Head of Business Development with Lendacy, you should be well-organized and committed to creating productive, long-lasting relationships with clients from a wide variety of industries and backgrounds. We’re looking for qualified applicants who are flexible, adaptable and possess a desire to work hard and build your own business.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads, telephone calls, networking events, trade shows, and personal contacts.
- Develop, maintain, and cultivate community contacts to maximize new business opportunities.
- Participate in events designed to promote brand awareness and educate consumers.
- Prepare quotes, process applications and deliver effective presentations in order to close sales.
- Cross sell other available financial products
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns
- Continually improve knowledge in any related field such as; lending, finance, compliance, sales, marketing, etc.
This is a full time position. Base draw, commission and performance bonuses available.
