Kelly Locke, President
Prior to forming Lendacy with cofounders Michael Williams and Thomas Frey, Kelly Locke developed her rock-solid foundation in financial management over five years at National City Bank where she managed operations and serviced high net worth clients. Locke played an instrumental role when PNC acquired National City Bank managing sales and service staff during the transition.
Tapped for her merger experience, Ms. Locke moved on to manage operations for Mancuso & Dias during their transformation from a regional to national law firm where she grew the staff and developed and implemented company policies and solutions to service clients on a national level.
It was the culmination of Ms. Locke’s banking, legal and management experience with businesses and accredited investors that led to the formation of Lendacy. Recognizing the need and growth potential for a private financial solutions company, she spent a year working with attorneys and financial professionals to develop this unique business that provides flexible, customized lending solutions that traditional banking services do not offer.
Lendacy is growing quickly under her leadership. Ms. Locke developed an innovative proposal model to address client needs and project long-term finance service planning. She expanded operations to include a hybrid private equity funding solution that brings together projects and investors to generate more sound and transparent financing. And Ms. Locke continues to find opportunities where financing opportunities are limited.
Most recently she led the effort to expand operations in Puerto Rico opening an office in San Juan, acquiring special lending licenses, and establishing relationships with several government agencies. Ms. Locke is a visionary who sees Lendacy as a financial hub for Spanish-speaking Latin America.
Keli Pufahl, Operations Director
Keli Pufahl, joined Lendacy as the company's Operations Director, in late 2015. She has a 15+ year career in management, operations and leadership. In 2005, Keli was hired by First Financial Employee Leasing to assist in the forming and managing of the in-house sales team; LBBS Employee Services. Her responsibilities included managing the client onboarding process, writing proposals, assisting clients with payroll, employee benefits, compliance, and workers compensation programs.
Prior to entering the PEO industry Keli managed multiple medical practices, helping to consult doctors and staff as they navigated the ever-changing world of HIPPA compliancy, training, scheduling, and insurance coding and billing. Keli is excited by a challenge and is a self-proclaimed perfectionist. Her high standards of quality flow over to her team, co -workers and clients.
Keli believes in giving back to the community and helping to enrich today's youth. She has served as Co-Chairman for the Charlotte County Heart Ball benefiting the American Heart Association. Currently, she is Co-Treasurer of Boy Scouts of America Troop 50 and also donates her time to Girl Scouts of America and to local schools.
Keli graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is a 3rd generation native Floridian who resides in Sarasota with her husband and their two children.

John Symmes, Client Director
From Fortune 100 management to the creation of startups, John brings an extraordinarily diverse background to his position as a Client Director at Lendacy.
His particular career emphasis has always been in banking, real estate, and investment. As his client base of real estate professionals and investors has evolved, so has his understanding and expertise in new construction, renovation and Jumbo financing packages for move-ups, second homes, and investment property transactions.
He has always employed his considerable knowledge, creativity, and energy to providing his clients financial optimization solutions customized to address their specific needs and leverage their wealth to achieve a more secure financial future.
A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, the Chicago native remains passionate about his professional development, maintaining multiple state mortgage licenses and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) wealth management designations.
He resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, Susan, and their three children, Jason and twins Jessica and Jack.
Severiano Gomez, Client Director
Before working as Client Director with Lendacy, Seve lived and worked in China for ten years. Of those ten years, six were spent in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors.
In 2013 Seve took a position at CJI International Group, a Chinese brokerage firm specializing in EB5 immigration investment. While at CJI, Seve and his team helped raise 55 million dollars in equity from 111 Chinese investors. The equity raised helped fund twelve US commercial real estate projects mainly in the hotel, ALF and multi-family industries.
Seve is originally from the Tampa Bay area. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a BA in International Affairs and also attended The National Taiwan Normal University in Taipei. Seve is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. His broad real estate knowledge as a Partner with STK Group (Tampa) and his unique language skills bring a strong global perspective to the Lendacy team.

Michael S. Williams, Founding Partner
Michael brings more than 20 years and a wide breadth of experience in financial markets to his role at Lendacy, where he oversees the relationship between the company and its affiliated investment partners.
Michael and his partner, Thomas Frey, founded the Kinetic Management Group, LLC, as a management company for private investments and accredited investors. Prior to founding the Kinetic Management Group, Michael was an options market maker and has floor brokerage experience as a member of the Stock Exchange. He has worked as an institutional floor broker representing Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Swiss Bank.
Michael has lectured throughout the country on derivatives and risk management. He is the co-author of Fundamentals of the Options Market, published by McGraw Hill and is the author of an economic newsletter, “Market Preview.”
An honored Navy veteran who served in the Gulf and is still an avid sailor, Michael has raced sailboats in his native Michigan and in San Francisco.
Thomas J. Frey, Founding Partner
Thomas, co-founder of Lendacy, brings his considerable experience and expertise in information technology to developing the IT infrastructure and systems the company uses. He is also a founding/managing partner and President of Silexx Financial Systems, LLC, a financial trading and risk management company.
A native of Munich, Germany, Thomas decided to immigrate to the United States in 2008 after spending considerable time here working as a consultant for various hedge funds and brokerage firms. He met Michael while consulting in San Francisco and chose to move to Sarasota after visiting his friend here and falling in love with the area.
Thomas’ consulting has allowed him to travel extensively. His favorite destinations include the South of France and Tokyo. He is a connoisseur of fine wines, particularly those from Bordeaux. He is an avid skier whose favorite spot are the slopes of the Swiss Alps.
